about Michelle

I’ve spent my career helping businesses grow, creating meaningful customer experiences, and bringing ideas into reality. My path has been anything but traditional, but that’s actually become one of my greatest strengths.

At 26, I opened Burgundy & Bleu, an upscale wine and cheese store that taught me firsthand what it means to turn a vision into reality. That experience sparked a lifelong appreciation for business ownership, customer relationships, operations, and creating experiences people remember.

I continued to build a diverse business background through leadership, sales, marketing, and business development roles. I managed the first Vitamin Shoppe store in CA, gaining valuable experience in operations, team support, and managing the many moving parts that keep daily operations running smoothly.

That experience gave me a strong understanding of the big-picture strategy and the behind-the-scenes details that allow businesses to thrive. I continued to develop my skills and learning new tools, including AI for business.
