Virtual Support Specialist

Hello, my name is Michelle Prince, and I'm glad you're here!

With an extensive entrepreneurial background in holistic wellness and 25+ years of professional experience in the Natural Products Industry, I help businesses stay organized, keep important projects moving forward, and turn ideas into action.

Collaborative by nature, I've worked closely with retailers, wholesalers, sales, marketing, and cross-functional teams, vendors, distributors, designers, shippers, manufacturing facilities, and strategic partners to support business growth.

I work especially well with:

• Solopreneurs, entrepreneurs, and small business owners

• Purpose-driven individuals and organizations

• Holistic wellness practitioners

• Natural Products Industry brands

• Independent Natural Food Retailers

You can count on me to handle the behind-the-scenes details that keep daily operations running smoothly, so you can stay focused on what matters most.

Virtual Support Specialist

Virtual Assistants handle general day-to-day administrative tasks like scheduling, email management, and data entry.

I'm a Virtual Support Specialist. We're considered subject-matter experts and are hired to run specific business functions. We require less training and offer faster, more strategic, and skilled execution of tasks and projects.

Compared to hiring a full or even part-time employee, the magic of a VA is our flexibility. Support can scale up or down depending on your needs and grow alongside you as your business evolves. VAs save you time, money, and energy.

VAs lighten your load by taking on a range of tasks. As 1099 Independent Contractors, we're taxed an extra 15.3% and don't qualify for benefits or PTO, but I bet I can speak for us all by saying we love what we do.

MORE ABOUT ME

Why Work With Me

Along with strong business support skills, I have extensive experience in the Natural Products Industry and an understanding of relationship-based business. I know the importance of authentic communication, building trust, and exceptional client care.

I first became an entrepreneur 44 years ago when I was 26. I guess that dates me! My partner and I opened Burgundy & Bleu in the Yamhill Marketplace in downtown Portland, OR., a wonderfully successful upscale wine and cheese retail establishment.

I understand how to juggle competing priorities, manage employees and customer relationships, oversee projects, and keep operations running smoothly. I've worn many hats throughout my career and know the challenges business owners face every day.
