Welcome, my name is Michelle, and I'm glad you're here! A bit about me, if we haven't met yet...
I've been a practitioner and teacher of holistic health and the healing arts for over 40 years. As the founder of Holistic Menopause in 2004, I empowered women to "Embrace the Change" with personalized wellness programs for the last 22 years.
I recently retired after 25+ years in the Natural Products Industry and decided to offer something fun and uplifting for women in my community. I'm excited to introduce Pour Painting Playshops in SW Portland!
These meaningful experiences offer women time to relax, let go, recharge, and connect with their creativity. Experience stress reduction, mindfulness, and the joy of creating something with your own hands at Pour Painting Playshops!

Pour Painting Playshops are small-group painting experiences for women who want to slow down, be present, have fun, and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating a beautiful work of art, even when they don't think they ever could.
The ability to be creative and engage in art is an important aspect in reducing stress and increasing well-being. It is also one of the most cost-effective techniques in reducing negative mental health symptoms.
When life feels heavy or too busy, creativity brings a pause, a shift in perspective, and a light-hearted energy. There is no right way to paint, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to be anything other than yourself. It's SO fun and freeing!

There is something deeply satisfying about surprising yourself. Most women arrive saying they aren’t artistic, then leave with a painting they’re proud of and a renewed sense of possibility.
The process often becomes more meaningful than the finished canvas itself. Creating with others is delightfully grounding. It can bring laughter, ease, reflection, and that rare feeling of having done something just for yourself.
These are small gatherings so you can relax, connect, and enjoy the process without rush. You’ll be welcomed into a warm, creative environment where you can make something beautiful and leave feeling renewed.
