MICHELLE MORRIS PRINCE

Welcome! I'm so glad you're here.

I've been a practitioner and teacher of the healing arts and holistic health for over 40 years. Since 1999, I've worked in the Natural Products Industry, and as the founder of Holistic Menopause, I've helped women in transition for 20+ years.

It's 2026, and time for something fresh and new! After working with women virtually for decades, I'm super excited to introduce Pour Painting Playshops in my community.

I hope you'll join me virtually, or in my SW Portland, OR studio!

Pour Painting Playshops

Pour Painting Playshops are small-group painting experiences for women who want to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating something beautiful.

When life feels uncertain, heavy, or overly busy, creativity offers a pause, a shift in perspective, and a light-hearted energy. There is no right way to paint, no pressure to perform, and no expectation to be anything other than yourself.

Playshops in SW Portland!

You’re invited to Pour Painting Playshops in Portland! A warm and welcoming space where creativity is a way to unwind, connect, and feel more alive. You only need curiosity and a willingness to get a little messy. No experience necessary!

You'll create a beautiful work of art, even if you've never painted before. And you will have learned a wonderful craft without watching countless YouTube videos or wasting money on trial-and-error flops the way I did.

Get step-by-step guidance as you create your own painting. You'll notice the sense of calm that comes from focusing on color, movement, and the simple act of making something with your own hands. It's so much fun!
